SCREEN Navigators are trained to help guide you through the health care system. You do not have to figure this out on your own. They are here to help you understand your options and get the support you need in a way that feels right for you.

A SCREEN Navigator can help with things like:

- Getting to and from an appointment
- Answering general questions about screening tests
- Talking through concerns or worries about screening
- Finding free or reduced-cost screening options
- Understanding insurance coverage or where to get help if you do not have insurance

Our SCREEN Navigator services are free and confidential.

If you choose to connect, you will be asked to share your contact information. A SCREEN Navigator will reach out by phone within one week. The conversation can be quick, or longer if you would like more support — you decide.

During the call, the navigator will ask about your goals, questions, or concerns related to cancer screening. Together, you can talk through next steps. The navigator may share helpful resources right away or follow up later if more information is needed. If it helps, they can also remind you about upcoming appointments.

Once you’re connected, your SCREEN Navigator can continue to support you if questions come up or you need help along the way.
